Here, we strive to prioritize local products and follow seasonal ingredients in close collaboration with small local producers and artisans. Italian specialties also have their place at Osteria.
We have joined the EcoCook Sustainable Restaurant Certification Program to assess our sustainability level, implement an improvement strategy, and warrantee our good practices and commitments for the health of people and the planet.
We take pride in embracing the “Slow Food” philosophy as much as possible, ensuring environmentally-friendly, healthy, sustainable, and ethical food choices. By merging Italian expertise and traditions with the local terroir of Romand, our menu offers a unique, authentic, and homemade gastronomic experience in an elegant and friendly setting.
On sunny days, our large terrace will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alps while enjoying your meal. Easily accessible in public transport or by car, located on the EPFL campus, come try the cuisine of our Chef Tommaso Santori and his team, as they are revisiting Swiss culinary traditions with fresh and regional products adding their modern touch! Also note that we offer the organization of aperitif on our terrace or in the restaurant as well as barbecues in the summer.
