2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the Starling Hotel Lausanne. 10 years of sharing, meetings, renewal and incredible moments with all our guests and above all good mood! For the occasion, we are preparing many surprises throughout the year. We thank you all for your loyalty and trust.
In relation to the current health context, our traditional Starling Brunch offer is unavailable.
Nevertheless, in response to the success of these unforgettable moments of conviviality at the Star*s Restaurant, we have set up a choice of à la carte “Brunch” dishes available every Sunday at the Starling Hotel Lausanne. Looking forward to seeing you again!
At Starling Hotel Lausanne we offer you the possibility to include Team Building activities in your conference package. Gourmet, entertaining or strategic, at Starling Hotel Lausanne we offer you a wide range of team building activities. You can trust us for creating unique moments with your team members.
Since 2017, at Starling Hotel Lausanne, we have undertaken major works, particularly in our conference centre, the Star*s restaurant, reception and car park, generating a reduction in the general consumption of electricity. In 2019, we consumed 629’920 KWh and therefore saved approximately 79’260 KWh in comparison with 2018. This savings represents the annual consumption of 22.6 households.
